Growing old, is the fact of life, even birds and bees grow old. “Can’t Believe What I Heard?”; is a common phrase that baby boomers hear when seeking to re-enter into the workforce, needing to work, or any of the multitude of reasons to seek new employment. There are many blogs that deal with growing old and getting hired, our purpose is to create an honest and forthright discussion on getting it done. We may be overqualified, too much experience, lack of technical skills, and even still carry a flip phone; but, we do understand negotiations, talking and communication skills, listening, and really understanding the art of being personable.
